Very happy

I suffer from acute anxiety and learning disabilities. Autolube put me completely at ease right from the start. Showing me my old parts and telling me exactly what they had to do and why. I had to pay in cash (due to a money problem ) and overpaid by a large amount due to my disabilities and they told me and gave the money back.

The invoice they gave me had all the info on it including photographs. I found them very professional but also very friendly. It's not easy for me to find a place I am comfortable with but feel very happy that I have now found a garage where I can send my car with complete confidence not only in value but where everything is explained every step of the way. They rang me before they did anything to make sure I was happy.
